III International Competition of Scientific Papers in Nanotechnology for Young Researchers is carried out within the framework of III Nanotechnology International Forum Rusnanotech 2010, lead by Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies on November 1-3, 2010 at the International Exhibition Center of Moscow — «Expocentre».

The agency expects a "high" probability of extraordinary timely government support if necessary. Therefore the outlook on RUSNANO was revised to stable from negative and affirmed the 'BB+' long-term, 'B' short-term, and 'ruAA+' national scale ratings on RUSNANO.

European XFEL project is set to start
RUSNANO CEO Anatoly Chubais to sign the European XFEL GmbH shareholder agreement in Hamburg on the 30th November, 2009. Also a convention on the construction and operation of the European X-Ray free electron laser (XFEL) will be signed by authorized representatives of Germany, Russia, France, Italy, Poland, Switzerland, Sweden, Greece, Denmark, Hungary and Slovakia.
