Project Investments
The Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RUSNANO) invests both equity and debt in nanotechnology commercialization projects. You can learn more about some of our existing investments here. We work with both Russian and foreign companies alike. Our portfolio companies serve various markets, in Russia as well as abroad; some projects are mostly export oriented. Industries range from construction to medicine and pharmaceutics, and from industrial products and equipment manufacturing to consumer goods.
Together with our partners we establish joint ventures in the Russian Federation, where we provide financial as well as administrative and government relations support (that includes federal, as well as municipal and regional governments). We identify sites and help with partner selection. We want our partners to feel comfortable in Russia.

To formally start a due diligence process we kindly ask you to register and start filling the application documents. Before spending time to fill the forms, we would strongly encourage you to talk to our International Project Origination team, led by Dmitry Gordienko and Vasiliy Grudev. Although it is difficult to provide an all-encompassing explanation, we are looking for the criteria, which include, but are not limited to:
- Products which are developed to at least industrial prototype stage; existing revenue is a plus;
- Nanotechnology, which we define as manipulation of particles sized 100nm or less, which leads to improvements in material quality or the way it interacts with the environment;
- Positive commercial outlook and growth potential.
