The Corporation encourages the development of an innovation infrastructure including nanotechnology centers of excellence, business incubators and the early investment funds. The combination of these elements assists to overcome manifold barriers present in the innovation pipeline such as: market, technology, interdisciplinary, geographical and managerial barriers.
The primary users of the innovation infrastructure are working teams involved in research, development and production of nanotechnology-based products.
The Corporation considers it to be vitally important to provide all participants of the innovation pipeline with open access to infrastructure resources. The access is granted on a competitive basis to those who make the most efficient use of the equipment and services.
In order to establish and develop the corporate application of the relevant infrastructure in Russia, the Corporation involves leading Russian and foreign engineers, scientists and entrepreneurs.
