Alexander Kondrashov was born in 1981.

Education

In 2002 Alexander Kondrashov graduated from economic faculty of Moscow State University. In 2004 he received MBA in Strategic management at Moscow State University. He speaks fluent English, basic Spanish and French.

Professional experience

From 2001 to 2005 Alexander held different positions at Kuna Group holding (Russian private equity fund). He started as investment analyst and left the company holding Managing director position.

From 2005 to 2007 he worked as non-executive member of board of directors and strategic group leader at Municipal Commercial Bank (service of small- and medium-sized business and municipal sector in Kaliningrad region). From 2006 to 2007 he was CEO at Rosvino group (Krasnodar region).

Also in 2004 Alexander Kondrashov has set up investment group Leader Invest which became the biggest company in the М&A market in Belarus. From 2004 to 2008 he held a position of the Chairman of supervisory board. Alexander arranged the biggest М&A deal in the Byelorussian history.

In May 2008 Alexander was appointed to a position of Senior investment manager of Russian nanotechnology corporation. From April 2009 he is working as the Advisor of the governor of Perm region.

In June 2009 Alexander was appointed as Managing director at RUSNANO.

RUSNANO was founded in March 2011 as an open joint stock company through reorganization of state corporation Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies. RUSNANO's mission is to develop the Russian nanotechnology industry through co-investment in nanotechnology projects with substantial economic potential or social benefit. The Government of the Russian Federation owns 100 percent of the shares in RUSNANO. Anatoly Chubais is CEO and chairman of the Executive Board of RUSNANO.

Work to establish nanotechnology infrastructure and training for nanotechnology specialists, formerly conducted by the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies, has been entrusted to the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs, a non-commercial fund also established through reorganization of the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies.
